Just signed up. Aim to do the 75km and camp. Before I resort to hiring a car/book a train, would anyone be able to give me a lift who's camping? Petrol money and cider as compensation :)

Out of curiosity, does anyone know what a good time to do the 75km routes is? I think a nice target is in order!

This sounds good, and I'll probably enter, but I need to work out if I'm doing anything else that weekend (it's the weekend of my 30th). If I do go, would have space to take a couple of others.

Thank you to all that have already bought tickets...the web site has been really busy and we have nearly sold half the tickets so looks like a sell out..!
We have a cider company who are brewing a special HOTS cider for the weekend and are also sponsoring the cider challenge climb near the finish.
The fastest time for the 75km last year was 3 hours 58 minutes so hope that helps....although the routes will again be different this year so be prepared for loads of climbing.
Don't forget to save yourself for the roller racing and surf simulator on the Saturday evening after you've had a couple of apple juices..!

I've signed up for this and intend to camp.

I am happy to drive - 2 passengers + 2 bikes.

We have now sold 75% of tickets so if you are thinking of coming along I would suggest you get on line as at the rate they are selling we will be sold out by middle of next week latest..!
The first feed station is where you decide which route to take so you can see how you feel, what the conditions and weather are like on the day.

I've just signed up for this too.
Don't know if I'll do the 50 or 75 yet, depends on how my fitness improves over the next few months.
